Highlights from the partner world

JOBLINGE can’t do without partners!
From day one, we have relied on close cooperation with our partner companies to place our participants in apprenticeships.
Whether small or large, local or nationwide – there is a suitable commitment for every partner: apprenticeships, mentoring, financial support or the transfer of expertise.
Together with us and the public sector, our partners create new prospects for young people and thus not only cover the need for skilled workers in their company, but also make an essential contribution to more equal opportunities in the world of work.
In our “Highlights from the partner world” series, we present special achievements and great efforts by our partners.

Two brilliant event highlights with our long-standing premium partner UniCredit At the end of April, we had a valuable appointment together with our long-standing premium partner UniCredit at the JOBLINGE umbrella organization, followed by a visit as part of the KUNSTLINGE program and a presentation of gAG Munich at the Pinakothek der Moderne.
In the morning at the Munich umbrella organization, we spoke at length about our JOBLINGE Strategy #2030, in particular about the growth lever of financing.
One major topic was the discussion about the continuing lack of incentives in the transition from school to work.
What did we all agree on?
An important step in the right direction is the establishment of success-based financing instruments, such as the Outcome-First Apprenticeship Fund (OFAF) launched together with The Human Safety Net (Generali).
Together, we also discussed how we can further expand the OFAF and what additional opportunities there are to create more impact orientation in the area of labor market integration.
The expertise and network of our partner from the financial sector is extremely important to us here! We look forward to continuing our collaboration! At the beginning of June, we were invited to the UniCredit conference in Milan alongside many other social organizations, which we were very pleased about!
This year, the conference took place in a special format, namely as an “unconference”.
With this participant-oriented approach, all organizations were able to propose topics and workshops in advance and then select the most exciting offers for them.
Our workshop “Public Sector Collaboration – from partnerships to system change”, conducted by Jan Boskamp, Director Collective Impact and member of the management team at JOBLINGE, was met with great interest.
Together with great organizations from Austria, Italy, Croatia, Serbia and Belgium, we discussed what is essential for successful collaboration with partners from the public sector.
It also became clear how important strong complementary partners from business and civil society are for successful cooperation between NGOs and the public sector.
One particular highlight was the award for our school pilot project in Berlin.
It was named one of the winning projects in the UniCredit Foundation’s “Call for Education 2023” competition.
In the ongoing project, we are currently piloting a comprehensive career guidance program at a Berlin school, starting in the 9th grade.
Our conclusion: The two-day exchange with organizations from a total of twelve countries was very enriching for us and, in addition to the open format, was characterized by exciting impulses, such as from the journalist and writer Francesca Mannocchi. Many thanks for the invitation!Digitalization ahead: generous Macbook donation from Revivn We would like to thank Revivn for their generous donation of another 30 Macbooks!
This donation in kind is of great value to us and will directly benefit our participants.
Revivn’s Macbook donation will empower disadvantaged young people in their search for an apprenticeship – an extremely valuable support.
At a time when digital skills and access to technology are becoming increasingly important, this donation will enable JOBLINGE participants to be optimally prepared for the demands of the job market.
The Macbooks not only give them the opportunity to take part in application training and online courses, but also to create application documents and get in touch with potential employers.
Thanks to in-kind donations like this, we can provide JOBLINGE participants with the digital tools they need to actively shape their future and significantly improve their chances of a successful career.
Your support helps us to break down barriers and promote equal opportunities!
Once again, a big thank you to Revivn for this valuable commitment! Are you also considering a donation in kind? We are happy to receive donations in kind of any kind, such as furniture, tableware, T-shirts, marketing material and much more!
We are also happy to issue a certificate of donation in kind.

JOBLINGE Impact Area – the PLAN A numbers!

PLAN A has been impressively successful – several thousand young people have already registered since 2023! But what’s behind these figures? Here we explain how PLAN A reaches young people who would otherwise fall through the cracks and the role our innovative approach plays in this. 5.000 young people registered with PLAN A since 2023! More and more young people have no training and are increasingly difficult to reach. Around 628,000 young people are not in education, training or employment and remain lost in the school-to-work transition as they are difficult for the system to reach (so-called NEETs). However, PLAN A addresses young people where they actually are – on the street or on social media. Because at JOBLINGE, our primary goal is to help as many young people as possible into training and the world of work in the long term. To achieve this goal, we take various approaches
