Youth unemployment and a lack of equal opportunities are not just a social problem. The shortage of skilled workers is a tangible economic problem. It is a problem that can be solved through a world of work that offers equal opportunities and that we are committed to every day.
We are committed to equal opportunities and the advancement of young people. In a world characterized by diversity and different life paths, we at JOBLINGE strive to build bridges and support young people on their way.
Around 60% of our activities are financed by the public sector and 40% by donations.
Not all program elements are financed by the public sector. However, these are fundamentally important in order to prepare young people for training and are reflected in our placement rate.
With your donation you finance, among other things:
- The art and culture program
- Voluntary commitment by young people
- Our mentoring program
- Final events for the young people
- The apprenticeship support
Abdul is one of around 17,000 young people we have already been able to accompany on their way into training. Let him tell you why training is so important:

More InformationReasons to support JOBLINGE in the long term
Together, we are shaping a world in which different talents are recognized and promoted, regardless of social or economic background. Together we create equal opportunities and ensure structural and systemic change! With a permanent donation, you will ensure that we can accompany young people on their path in the long term and launch new innovative programs to reach even more people. Together, let’s have a positive impact on the future – for a society in which equal opportunities are not just an ideal, but a reality.
You can find more details and our impact chain in our annual report.
Every contribution you make today gives young people the opportunity to shape their own future and realize their dreams. Your donation enables us to implement and further develop our programs. In this way, you open up educational and future opportunities and also strengthen the personal growth and self-confidence of young adults with poor starting conditions.
Thank you for your generous donation and your trust in our mission!
You are also welcome to become an active part of JOBLINGE in addition to providing financial support. You can find the various options here:

The Outcome First Apprenticeship Fund
What does Usain Bolt – the fastest man in the world – have to do with our 1×1 of JOBLINGE #Financing? This fictional story shows how our placement success can quickly turn into frustration.
Imagine Usain Bolt running for victory in a stadium. The crowd cheers him on. He crosses the finish line in 19.19 seconds – a world record for the 200 meters. But instead of cheers, a medal and a prize, he is suddenly fined for being too fast.
How frustrating, how unfair – we think to ourselves! But we are confronted with this in our programs. Our aim is to place participants in training as quickly as possible. The program is designed for six months. If we place them after three or four, we lose money instead of receiving bonuses for their success.
For this reason, we have set up the Outcome First Apprenticeship Fund (OFAF), which supports participants in JOBLINGE Kompass (our program for young people with a refugee background). If we place them more quickly, the difference from the fund is paid out to our locations so that they do not lose out on successful work.

Donate time
We at JOBLINGE are delighted about your commitment! You can support us both as a private individual and as a company.
For companies
Mentoring and
tutoring
Your employees act as mentors to the young people in the program until they sign their training contract. Expert knowledge can be shared with tutoring courses.
Workshops and
trainings
Your employees pass on their expertise in e.g. Excel, self-presentation etc. to our participants or to our employees.
Social days and
events
Support for
projects
Your employees accompany the JOBLINGE team regionally or nationwide on special projects, such as location analyses.
CSR commitment
CSR commitment using the example of our partner company Hays: In March 2022, Hays launched the nationwide corporate social responsibility (CSR) project “Helping for your tomorrow” with JOBLINGE.
Central goal?
Equal opportunities on the way into the world of work!
What does the joint CSR strategy look like?
Hays has made a strategic commitment to skill-based volunteering. JOBLINGE was a perfect match because Hays’ expertise lies in the labor market and the application and placement of skilled workers.
Who can participate?
The cooperation offers all Hays employees the opportunity to make a skills-based contribution to JOBLINGE as part of a Corporate Volunteering Day, but Hays managers also have a special role to play within the company: they act as role models and motivate their teams to contribute their individual expertise from the world of work to a meaningful cause.

For private individuals
Become a mentor
You accompany our young people on their way into working life. You help to identify the individual strengths of the participants and stand by your mentee in a motivating manner until the common goal – the training contract – is achieved.
Are you an expert?
… in Excel? Or PowerPoint? Or in another field? Share your specialist knowledge with our participants in individual workshops and make young people fit for the application process and everyday working life.
Give tutoring
From math to English, you can pass on your knowledge to the young people in our program. This will help them to successfully complete their training.
