More and more young people have no training and cannot be reached for a career perspective – PLAN A is changing that!
PLAN A is a recruitment campaign consisting of an online and offline approach and our comprehensive training offensive.
People looking for training are motivated and inspired and given direct and individual support in finding training.

Our aim with PLAN A is to encourage young people to go their own way. After registering, young adults are contacted within 48 hours and their individual needs are clarified. Then they can get started with us! Depending on the implementation, the support can be digital, hybrid or face-to-face and last from two days (job camp) to several weeks. This is another highlight of PLAN A: the structure is flexible and is based on milestones, not a fixed program. You can find out more about PLAN A here.
