What does a typical application process at JOBLINGE look like?
Our application process is designed to make you feel comfortable and welcome right from the start.
Here’s what you can expect:
- Apply via our website: Once you have found a suitable position, simply click on the “Apply for this position” button.
An application form will open where you can upload your documents (CV, cover letter certificates). - Confirmation email: Immediately after submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail.
- Feedback from our team: We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the next steps.
- Getting to know each other: We do not have an assessment center, as we attach great importance to getting to know you as a person.
In one or more interviews, we want to find out who you are, what motivates you and whether and how you could fit in with us.
This also gives you the opportunity to get to know us better and find out whether we are a good fit for you. - Optional trial day: We will then invite you to a trial day on site if required.
What documents should my application contain?
To give us a good first impression of you, your application should include the following documents:
- CV: An overview of your career to date.
- Cover letter: Tell us why you are a good fit for us and what motivates you.
- Relevant certificates: Degree certificates, work references or certificates.
Please upload all documents directly via the application form that opens when you click on “Apply for this position”.
This way nothing gets lost and we have everything ready immediately.

If you think you would be a good fit for us, even if there is currently no suitable position advertised, please send us your application. Please use the application form under “Unsolicited application” on our website and select the JOBLINGE company or region in your area. You will find your contact person in the job description. They will be happy to answer your personal questions about the respective company.
If we don’t currently have a suitable position for you, but you could be a good fit for us, we will be happy to add you to our talent pool so that we can contact you directly in the future if we have a suitable vacancy.
