With PLAN A, we are simultaneously transferring proven effective elements of our work to schools in order to give young people an early orientation for the job market. Thus we are starting even earlier to enable a smooth transition from school to working life. In order to be as strategically effective as possible, we work together with other non-profit initiatives and companies in our network across the various state jurisdictions and also integrate internal players from the school system in line with the JOBLINGE principle.

We already have extensive experience of working with pupils and in schools.
With the JOBLINGE and PLAN A brands, but also with regional programs such as TechTeens, we are already working at many locations and with various approaches in schools.
Our successes and the growing demand for career guidance programs confirm that we should make greater strategic use of our expertise in schools for graduating classes.

With the goal of supporting 100,000 young people on their path to vocational training by 2030, we are continuing to focus on intensifying our work in schools nationwide and, depending on the legal framework, also standardizing it. This also includes approaches that enable us to transfer our expertise to regions in which we do not have locations ourselves.

Our work is thus consolidated throughout the entire area of activity with our PLAN A brand. Depending on regional circumstances, we continue to be active with established focus projects – in addition, we rely on activities with partners and multipliers from industry and the non-profit sector who are already active in schools.

All school activities will build on the expertise and established self-image of JOBLINGE and will make a significant contribution to massively expanding our effectiveness in the coming years.
JOBLINGE has been combining the strongest forces from business, society and politics since 2008, and this approach will also ensure the greatest possible impact here.

The simply formulated goal: We want to have a much stronger impact in schools in the future and make this possible beyond the boundaries of our own resources and locations – nationwide.
