Placement
We started in 2008 with the placement of young adults into an apprenticeship. In our JOBLINGE program, which lasts a maximum of six months, participants learn important social and job skills in group projects, receive guidance on their own strengths and suitable professions before gaining practical experience in JOBLINGE partner companies.
In addition to constantly striving to expand and update our program, we are always interested in working with all stakeholders in the transition from school to work to shape innovations, strengthen knowledge transfer and thus increase our impact. Two of our highlight projects in recent years are the JOBLINGE Hybrid Project and the Innovation Club by JOBLINGE & Teach First Deutschland – an innovation format that deals with the success factors of programs and initiatives at the transition from school to work. Our approach
We take participants in the JOBLINGE program seriously. We look at their skills. We are looking to their future. Not deficit-oriented with a view to possible below-average references, but with active confidence in the motivation and skills that each individual person brings into the mix. Since 2008, we have been proving how scalable, measurable, transparent and sustainable work in the transition system works. With a strong network in the industry, rooted in the region through non-profit stock corporations. “Placement” is JOBLINGE’s core business. 80 percent of all participants in the JOBLINGE program throughout Germany make the step into an apprenticeship, and thus the step towards a more self-determined life.
Partner public sector
This all works thanks to strong partners in the public sector, thousands of voluntary supporters and multipliers and our close network in the industry – because the skills gap is there, the shortage of skilled workers is acute depending on the industry, and commercial enterprises are therefore breaking new ground with us in the acquisition of future skilled workers. JOBLINGE is represented throughout Germany and has been growing steadily since 2008.
