In Germany, the transition to work after successfully completing school is the responsibility of public bodies, the Jobcenter and the Federal Employment Agency. JOBLINGE works on behalf of these agencies. We are one of many stakeholders in the transition from school to work, but we focus on those who matter most: young adults in search of a professional future. We want to change the way players act in this system. So we work 100% transparently and have set ourselves KPIs that are comprehensible to all our competitors in the system. We work with over 50 public sector institutions throughout Germany.

We are successful - measurable

We combine the commitment of the economy, the state and private volunteers to help young adults with poor starting conditions into training. With our tools, we create equal opportunities on the path to an apprenticeship and also support during. JOBLINGE is Germany’s best social organization in the field of integration into the primary labor market.

Scientific

Over 630,000 young people under 25 are not in school, work, training or study. We scientifically examine the reasons for this, how we can reach these young people and adapt our work to precisely these findings.

Retention

Over 80 percent of all the people we place in the job market successfully master the trial period, which is particularly challenging for the JOBLINGE target group.
In order to guarantee this success until the end of the apprenticeship, we offer support for all apprentices with the basecamp!

Since 2008, we have been demonstrating that social work can be measurably successful.
80 percent of all participants in the JOBLINGE program make the step into training or work.
With the support of 1:1 mentoring, our close-knit business network and the opportunity to prove themselves in practice.

Innovative

We are breaking new ground in the activation of skilled workers.
Since 2018, we have been using PLAN A to show how target groups that are no longer reached by job centers and employment agencies can be activated and placed in successful careers.
