JOBLINGE Impact Area – the PLAN A numbers!

PLAN A has been impressively successful – several thousand young people have already registered since 2023!
But what’s behind these figures?
Here we explain how PLAN A reaches young people who would otherwise fall through the cracks and the role our innovative approach plays in this.

5.000 young people registered with PLAN A since 2023!

More and more young people have no training and are increasingly difficult to reach.
Around 628,000 young people are not in education, training or employment and remain lost in the school-to-work transition as they are difficult for the system to reach (so-called NEETs).
However, PLAN A addresses young people where they actually are – on the street or on social media.
Because at JOBLINGE, our primary goal is to help as many young people as possible into training and the world of work in the long term.
To achieve this goal, we take various approaches and rely on a triad of effects
Activation, mediation and support.

Since the implementation of the PLAN A program at all JOBLINGE locations in 2023, an incredible 5,000 young people have already registered on the PLAN A website.
This is a great success that not only fills us with pride, but also spurs us on in our endeavors.
What’s more, our qualified registration rate is 45%.
This indicates how many young people have had a successful initial interview with a PLAN A employee after registering.
This lays the foundation for further steps towards training.

What makes PLAN A so special?
We reach those who no one else can reach, open doors and create opportunities.

With PLAN A, we create opportunities and career prospects for hard-to-reach young people – with the help of our many years of JOBLINGE expertise: At our approximately 30 locations throughout Germany, we approach young people directly and help them find an apprenticeship quickly and easily through our tailor-made qualification program.
The only admission criterion for participation is interest in an apprenticeship.
Our approach is unbiased, cross-legal, motivating and at eye level.
Our offer consists of inspiration and individual support.

What does that mean in concrete terms?

We approach young people directly where they are and don’t wait for them to come to us – be it on the street, in parks with friends, in shopping centers or through targeted social media campaigns on Instagram or TikTok.
After registering, the young people receive a call from us and, if desired, personal support, tailored to their individual needs.
The focus of the support can vary depending on the young person’s initial situation.
A jointly drawn up support plan records the goals and intermediate steps discussed and is used for regular reviews.
In general, the contents of Plan A include career guidance, job application training and training in soft skills or labor market-related skills.
Plan A is therefore implemented in a combination of 1:1 counseling and workshops/training in groups.
Regular job fairs and matching with our partner companies round off the project.
The aim is to accompany the young people on their way into the job market in a quick and uncomplicated way.

You can also regularly gain an insight into the work of our colleagues on LinkedIn, for example
