As part of AsA flex (flexible assisted training), JOBLINGE supports all apprentees in successfully completing their apprenticeship. AsA flex is funded by the Federal Employment Agency and regional job centers and is therefore free of charge for apprentees and companies. The program offers comprehensive technical tutoring and educational support. As a result, AsA flex ensures sustainable training careers and also strengthens the region’s economy. JOBLINGE currently offers expert support during apprenticeship as part of AsA flex in Ludwigshafen and Troisdorf.

AsA flex

The support provided by experts within the framework of AsA flex offers individually tailored assistance, similar to the classic JOBLINGE training support program. This includes help with difficulties at vocational school or in the training company, support with all questions relating to apprenticeship, assistance with personal issues, and tutoring in all training occupations. In addition, our locations also offer individual support in developing technical knowledge.

Target Group

All apprentees and training companies in the regions we currently support (Ludwigshafen and Troisdorf) can take advantage of this free offer. The free support provided by our experts is flexible and tailored to individual needs. Transparently successful since 2008

JOBLINGE is a nonprofit initiative founded in 2008 by the Boston Consulting Group and the Eberhard von Kuenheim Foundation of BMW AG to demonstrate that experts can reliably achieve success with young people. When they work together with business, volunteers, and the public sector. Since its inception, JOBLINGE has placed an average of over 75 percent of all young people in the program in training and ensures that they successfully complete their training. More successful than any other initiative in the transition from school to work.

Retention

83 percent of all apprentees who receive support from our experts when starting their careers successfully complete their probationary period at the company. This is the most important phase for starting a sustainable professional future.
