WIBank visits JOBLINGE

The first WIBank Social Day at JOBLINGE took place at the beginning of May.
A total of 27 WIBank employees visited the base camp in Frankfurt and were able to get to know the work of JOBLINGE at first hand.
They learned how JOBLINGE supports young people with difficult starting conditions and helps them to build a future for themselves.

Nicole Dziuk, an employee of WIBank, took part in the Social Day and emphasized the added value of this experience: “I wanted to get to know the background and the people here again and get a closer impression. The day was incredibly valuable for me personally, I got to know a lot of interesting people.” Over the course of the day, Nicole Dziuk and the other WIBank employees took part in inspiring workshops and were able to learn more about the world in which the participants of the JOBLINGE program live by talking directly to them. Together, they discussed topics such as artificial intelligence and transformed the farm into a feel-good place for bees and humans.

The day was enriching not only for the employees, but also for the young adults. “We talked about things that I don’t normally talk about, and that was a good experience for me and a bit of a challenge,” said Marwa Karimi, a participant in the JOBLINGE program. Kadim Tas, CEO of JOBLINGE, also emphasized the importance of such exchange opportunities and getting to know different worlds: “This is a huge opportunity for the young people. I am delighted that so many committed people are gaining deep insights into the everyday life of our JOBLINGE and will hopefully continue to work for young people for the rest of their lives.” He thanked WIBank and was impressed by the committed participation of the employees.

A fruitful and strategic partnership has developed between WIBank and JOBLINGE over the years.
This cooperation, emphasized Dr. Michael Reckard, Member of the Executive Board of WIBank, will be continued with great pleasure.
After all, the WIBank Social Day at JOBLINGE showed how important and enriching it is when companies and organizations come together to offer young people better prospects.
The partnership between WIBank and JOBLINGE helps to improve the future prospects of disadvantaged young people and enable them to integrate sustainably into the labor market and society.
