Together, we can achieve a great deal. And nowhere is this more evident than in our regions, which have led the way this year with courage, creativity and real impact.
At the JOBLINGE gAG Leipzig it became clear how a strong idea can grow into a shining beacon throughout Germany: the TechTeens initiative was included in the startsocial scholarship, selected as one of the 25 best social projects in Germany and finally awarded the special prize by the Federal Chancellor in the Chancellery. A real highlight that shows what is possible when young people are inspired to learn future skills in a practical way.

Also from the Ruhr area strong signals: with a strong media presence, including visits from ZDF, ntv and RTL, we were able to raise awareness of the enormous untapped potential that young people have for the job market and how PLAN A leverages this potential by effectively bringing supply and demand together. Sometimes it only takes a small impulse to set entire professional biographies in motion.

The gAG FrankfurtRhineMain gave over 400 guests from politics, business, civil society and the public sector an evening full of community, confidence and inspiration at this year’s Benefit Gala 2025. An evening that made the power of our network visible and our campaign “100,000 for 100,000” provided the perfect stage. It was great to meet so many of you there in person!

In the north, gAG Hanse showed how fast and tailor-made apprenticeship placements can be successful: At its large training fair at the Wilhelmsburg district school, 20 companies and over 500 participants and pupils came together to engage in direct exchange and open up concrete training opportunities. Many vacancies for 2026 have already been secured as a result. A big thank you to all those who supported us!

In the southwest with the opening of the new basecamp Stuttgart all three JOBLINGE program areas under one roof. The location is already a central point of contact for apprentices and trainers in the region. With the newly launched Kick-Start program, we also offer a holistic support package that prepares prospective apprentices with professional, digital and personal skills until the start of their apprenticeship.

The effectiveness of this approach is also demonstrated by the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan regionKick-Start has successfully established itself here and started with 20 young people from 15 companies. With weekly tutoring, practical soft skills workshops and a trainee starter day, all participants were able to start their training successfully and will continue to be supported at basecamp until they successfully complete their training.

Colleagues in the Rhineland are also driving forward strong training: this year, assisted training (AsA flex) has really taken off in Troisdorf. 140 trainees receive practical and individual support from 10 lecturers. Close cooperation with the vocational colleges facilitates participation and significantly increases the chances of successful examinations. The goal is clear: pass, stick with it and get started!

JOBLINGE was able to experience a special moment in Berlin: We were able to personally share our vision for young people with Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier at his citizens’ festival – a rare opportunity. At the same time, we used the stage in the capital to raise awareness of future careers and engage with the public. Once again, it became clear how strongly our work addresses important issues.

In Munich the new basecamp Munich is an inspiring place that opens doors, sparks creativity and encourages young people to go their own way – supported by five strong corporate partners who accompany us with trust and energy and were recently honored by the city of Munich for their commitment.and were recently honored by the City of Munich for their commitment. A big thank you for the successful collaboration!

And last but not least, with the Impact Fund, we are setting an example that extends far beyond this year. As Germany’s first impact-based development fund, the Impact Fund uses resources where there is a proven impact – in the activation, placement and support of young people in training and work. More information this way.
All these moments tell the same story: great ambition, real impact and a firm belief that every young person deserves a chance at a self-determined future.
We are incredibly proud of everything we achieved together in 2025. And we are very much looking forward to 2026 – together with you!
