From the very beginning, we have been committed to measuring ourselves transparently against key figures in order to constantly develop and drive innovation efficiently.
In doing so, we have consciously oriented ourselves to success criteria that also apply to private-sector companies.
Here we present one such JOBLINGE key figure every quarter. 84 percent sustainability rate: Six months after the start of the apprenticeship, 84 percent of participants in the JOBLINGE program are still in training – a great rate that we are very proud of.
How do we achieve this?
Our JOBLINGE program is based on three program pillars, which guarantee that young people are accompanied into the world of work beyond the start of their apprenticeship and gain a lasting foothold there.
In addition to activating young people through PLAN A and our JOBLINGE core program, we rely on a third pillar – our basecamps.
The basecamps, which are already firmly established at several locations (Frankfurt, Berlin, Essen and Mannheim), are physical locations where the post-placement support concepts – basecamp Kick-Start and basecamp Training Support – are implemented.
Here, young people not only receive further training of a technical nature, but also support with regard to soft skills or personal issues.
In this way, we want to ensure that even more young people remain in training, complete it successfully and can make the most of their development opportunities.
Further basecamp locations will follow in the coming years.

We are celebrating the opening of the basecamp in Munich!
The basecamp Munich is now officially open. With the start of the new training year, we welcome prospective trainees, trainees and trainers from the Munich area to Stiglmaierplatz. Read here what awaits you in our new learning and meeting place. Contribution to solving a central social challenge According to the vocational training report published by the Federal Ministry of Education in May of this year, 630,000 young people under the age of 25 in Germany are currently unable to find a way into training, qualifications or work. At the same time, almost 70,000 apprenticeships remain unfilled and more than a quarter of trainees drop out of their apprenticeship prematurely. This is where basecamp Munich comes in. Qualified training support in a motivating place of shared learning The basecamp Munich at Stiglmaierplatz is being created as a learning and meeting place for everyone involved in the topic of apprenticeships: JOBLINGE alumni,
