JOBLINGE Benefit Gala 2025

An evening full of impact: JOBLINGE Benefit Gala 2025

Over 500 guests attended the JOBLINGE Benefit Gala 2025 at Frankfurt’s Gibson Club. In addition to exchange, inspiration and commitment, the program included an exciting panel discussion on innovative job placement, a humorous and critical play, good music and moving words from partners from politics, business and foundations.

The focus: our vision of supporting 100,000 young people in our programs by 2030. Because the problem is clear: around three million people under the age of 35 do not have a vocational qualification, while there will be a shortage of over 700,000 skilled workers by 2027.

On the podium, Peter Michel, Managing Director Operative of the Regional Directorate Bavaria, Mareike van Oosting, Managing Director of the Entrepreneur Foundation for Equal Opportunities, Christiane Schubert, Managing Director of JOBLINGE gAG FrankfurtRheinMain, and Sabine Kuschel, VP Leadership & Challenges at the BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt, discussed the key issues with moderator Janine Steeger:

  • Where is the potential for innovation in labor market placement?
  • What can strong networks between business, civil society and the public sector look like that are effective across the board?

The conclusion of the evening was that active networks are the only way to promote talent and create equal opportunities.

Under the motto “100,000 for 100,000”, JOBLINGE launched a new join-in campaign that evening: for every young person, for every opportunity, there is a person or organization that supports our mission. During the gala, numerous guests showed their faces on stage in a big selfie moment – a strong signal for cohesion and commitment.

Thanks to all guests, panel participants, Dr. Basir Mustaghni and Rüdiger Flörcks for the welcoming words, Janine Steeger for the moderation, our sponsors WISAG, Helaba, Hans Gonder, Gibson Club Frankfurt, our local partners and of course the JOBLINGE team. Without all of you, this evening would not have been possible!
