Making impact measurable – rethinking promotion

With the Impact Fund, JOBLINGE and the newly created Impact Alliance of foundations, companies and civil society are launching a forward-looking financing instrument for systemic change in the transition from school to work. The fund is Germany’s first impact-based development fund that uses resources exclusively where there is a proven impact – in the successful activation, placement and support of young people on their path to training and work.

Rethinking funding logic:

All funding is pooled centrally in the Impact Fund – provided by the Impact Alliance. Distributions are only made in the event of success, i.e. when measurable results have been achieved. Clear impact management with transparent reporting and measurable key figures ensures that funding remains effective, efficient and comprehensible.
