Youth unemployment and a lack of equal opportunities are not just a social problem. The shortage of skilled workers is a tangible economic problem. It is a problem that can be solved through a world of work that offers equal opportunities and that we are committed to every day.

We are committed to equal opportunities and the advancement of young people. In a world characterized by diversity and different life paths, we at JOBLINGE strive to build bridges and support young people on their way.

Around 60% of our activities are financed by the public sector and 40% by donations.

Not all program elements are financed by the public sector. However, these are fundamentally important in order to prepare young people for training and are reflected in our placement rate.

With your donation you finance, among other things:

The art and culture program
Voluntary commitment by young people
Our mentoring program
Final events for the young people
The apprenticeship support

How can I support JOBLINGE?

From a one-off donation to regular donations to targeted support for individual projects: There are many ways to support the work of JOBLINGE with a donation.

Will I receive a donation receipt for my donation?

If you have provided your full address, you will automatically receive a donation receipt for your donation. It can take up to eight weeks for a donation receipt to be issued. Regular donors always receive a collective donation receipt for all donations made at the beginning of the new year for the previous year.

How can I change my address as a donor?

Is my donation tax-deductible?

You can deduct donations to JOBLINGE or the respective locations from your taxes as a special expense because our organization and our individual gAGs in the regions meet the requirements of Section 10 b) of the German Income Tax Act (EStG). This means that they serve tax-privileged purposes within the meaning of the German Tax Code and are exempt from corporation tax according to the decisions of the responsible tax offices pursuant to Section 5 (1) No. 9 KStG.

How safe is it to donate online?

The protection of your data is very important to us. For this reason, all data is transmitted via an encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Internet connection. They will not be passed on to third parties at any time.

What does the Phineo seal stand for?

In April 2017, JOBLINGE was awarded the PHINEO Wirkt-Siegel, one of the most important awards for the effectiveness and transparency of charitable organizations in Germany. The procedure of the independent analysis company PHINEO is based on an elaborate, one-and-a-half-year process – with the result: the seal of approval is proof of the particularly effective work of the JOBLINGE initiative to provide young people with sustainable support in entering the world of work.

What does Usain Bolt – the fastest man in the world – have to do with our 1×1 of JOBLINGE #Financing? This fictional story shows how our placement success can quickly turn into frustration.

Imagine Usain Bolt running for victory in a stadium. The crowd cheers him on. He crosses the finish line in 19.19 seconds – a world record for the 200 meters. But instead of cheers, a medal and a prize, he is suddenly fined for being too fast.

How frustrating, how unfair – we think to ourselves! But we are confronted with this in our programs. Our aim is to place participants in training as quickly as possible. The program is designed for six months. If we place them after three or four, we lose money instead of receiving bonuses for their success.

For this reason, we have set up the Outcome First Apprenticeship Fund (OFAF), which supports participants in JOBLINGE Kompass (our program for young people with a refugee background). If we place them more quickly, the difference from the fund is paid out to our locations so that they do not lose out on successful work.

Die Zahlen sprechen eine deutliche Sprache: Sie verdeutlichen nicht nur die Notwendigkeit, Arbeitsmarktintegration bis hin zum Berufsabschluss neu zu denken. Sie unterstreichen darüber hinaus, dass es unabdingbar ist, die Fördermittelvergabe künftig an outcome-basierte Kriterien zu knüpfen.

Das Ziel des Systemwandels: Finanzielle Mittel ausschließlich wirkungsbasiert an Akteure zu vergeben, sodass junge Menschen effizient, schnell und nachhaltig aus der Warteschleife des Übergangssystems heraus hin zum Berufsabschluss unterstützt werden. Nur so kann dem Fachkräftemangel wirkungsvoll begegnet werden.

Was den Impact Fund ausmacht

Schon heute unterstützen Premium- und Impactpartner JOBLINGE durch Spenden, Volunteering und Mentoring und tragen so maßgeblich zum Erfolg des JOBLINGE Programms bei.

Die Impact Allianz mit dem Impact Fund setzt an einem neuen Punkt an: Er ist ein neues finanzielles Instrument, um die Herausforderungen am Übergangssystem im großen Maßstab in Chancen zu verwandeln. So verbindet der Fund bestehendes Engagement mit einer wirkungsgesteuerten Finanzierungslogik, die Wachstum und Systemwandel ermöglicht.

Unsere Vision ist klar: Bis 2030 möchten wir 100.000 junge Menschen in unseren Programmen unterstützen.

Dabei ist Wachstum das Stichwort: Der Impact Fund dient als Blaupause, um zu verdeutlichen, das outcome-basierte Finanzierung am Übergang zwischen Schule und Beruf zu nachhaltigem und skalierbarem Erfolg führt.

Es entsteht der klare und notwendige Wirkungsnachweis, um die öffentliche Finanzierung und Förderlogik großflächig und langfristig zu verändern – über das Jahr 2030 hinaus.
