What is the project about and what are its goals?

JOBLINGE’s Empower U project supports disadvantaged young people in their transition from school to working life. It offers individual advice, coaching and practical experience through paid internships in various sectors. Participants are accompanied by Career Buddies – young female career starters – who act as role models and mentors. Innovative learning methods such as VR technology and digital tools promote professional orientation and personal development. The program is designed for a maximum duration of six months and uses the PLAN A platform to target young people and support them in the long term through practice-oriented approaches.
