But during the internship, I managed the tasks well and now I even find them easy.<\/p>\n<p>My trainer at the time also motivated me to stick with it and do the apprenticeship.<br \/>\nHe was my role model and awakened my ambition, I thought: &#8220;I want to be able to do what he can do just as well.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p><strong>What do you particularly enjoy about your job?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The apprenticeship is so varied from a technical point of view!<br \/>\nI&#8217;m currently working at BMW in the press shop as a plant operator.<br \/>\nThere&#8217;s always something new here, new faults, new tools, new components &#8211; it&#8217;s great fun!<br \/>\nIt&#8217;s so interesting to see how the plant works.<br \/>\nIn a large company like BMW, you also have the opportunity to keep learning and developing.    <\/p>\n<p><strong>Why is it important to do an apprenticeship?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It awakens ambition, at least in me.<br \/>\nMy goal at the time: I wanted to get my life under control and gain experience.<br \/>\nEvery profession also entails specialization, which opens up other possibilities.<br \/>\nAt the same time, it&#8217;s important to find out beforehand whether a job is really for you.<br \/>\nThe internship at BMW ultimately showed me that the trade suited me and was the right path for me.    <\/p>\n<p><em>Thank you very much for the interview and I wish you continued success and happiness in your career!<\/em><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Instead of becoming a bank clerk, he became an industrial mechanic &#8211; alumnus Daniel Holland explains in an interview why he chose the latter path and what awakened his ambition.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":9366,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"content-type":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-11139","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
