As part of AsA flex (flexible assisted training), JOBLINGE supports all apprentees in successfully completing their apprenticeship. AsA flex is funded by the Federal Employment Agency and regional job centers and is therefore free of charge for apprentees and companies. The program offers comprehensive technical tutoring and educational support. As a result, AsA flex ensures sustainable training careers and also strengthens the region’s economy. JOBLINGE is a nonprofit initiative founded in 2008 by the Boston Consulting Group and the Eberhard von Kuenheim Foundation of BMW AG to demonstrate that experts can reliably achieve success with young people. When they work together with business, volunteers, and the public sector.
