How can we better integrate low-skilled young people into the labor market? It all began in 2008 with this question from the Bavarian Ministry of Education and Cultural Affairs. In order to find an answer, the Boston Consulting Group and the Eberhard von Kuenheim Foundation of BMW AG joined forces and founded the JOBLINGE initiative. In April 2008, the first location opened in Zwiesel in the Bavarian Forest (later a non-profit organization (gAG) Bayerwald). <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIn order to test the effectiveness of our concept in the city after the rural region, we launched the gAG Munich as a second pilot location in April 2009. After the approach proved successful and we were able to inspire our first partners and supporters, eight more gAGs followed throughout Germany. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe large refugee movement in 2015\/2016 posed a major challenge for Germany. Our Klassik and Kompass programs are now successful throughout Germany and our concept is well established. We founded PLAN A, our innovative training campaign, in order to use our expertise to help even more young people without training – even if they are not receiving support from the job center or employment agency. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

To ensure not only the activation and placement of young people, but also their support during their training, we founded the first basecamp in Frankfurt in 2021. With this place of networking and further training, we support trainees during their training – regardless of whether they have been in contact with us before or not. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

A new management structure is being created with the change of CEO Ulrike Garanin. Together with Kadim Tas, she had formed a dual leadership team for JOBLINGE for many years. Kadim Tas is now taking over the management of the initiative as CEO. In addition, a team of six long-standing managers from the JOBLINGE umbrella organization will now support him as a management team in key areas of the organization’s development. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

We are developing our vision for JOBLINGE #2030. As an initiative, we want to have supported a total of 100,000 young people on their way into an apprenticeship by 2030. To achieve this, we are expanding our programs before and after the actual JOBLINGE program.
