What makes us special
Placement » What makes us special
JOBLINGE’s goal is to place young people effectively and sustainably in the primary labor market. We allow ourselves to be measured by the success of our placement. After all, it is still not common to work with transparent key figures in the transition from school to work. The JOBLINGE approach combines the social commitment of a non-profit organization with the effectiveness and start-up principles of our founders. As a social entrepreneur, we are committed to maximum transparency in our work.
To ensure this transparency throughout Germany, we work according to a social franchise system in which regions are established as independent non-profit stock corporations by regional commercial enterprises in the position of founding shareholders, and implement the JOBLINGE concept based on regional challenges.
Awards
The placement and sustainability rates listed each year in the JOBLINGE annual report are the two most important key figures of the JOBLINGE initiative.

Quotes
This is where we create a social kick by taking care of people who may not yet be on the desired path.
Before JOBLINGE, I didn't have a goal.
I didn't know: What do I want?
What am I doing with my life?
But now I have my goal and I will do everything I can to achieve it.
JOBLINGE's success is based on four pillars
The greatest measurable effect of the initiative is the economic benefit: Young people become active members of society.
They pay taxes and social contributions instead of receiving social benefits.
After just 17 months, the direct, publicly funded program costs are cheaper for the state than simply continuing to pay social benefits.
Full amortization is achieved after just under four years.
After ten years, there are total savings of almost 140,000 euros for each young person placed in a sustainable position.
Practice from day one
Practical experience begins during the admission phase of the JOBLINGE program: working in a team, initial success in practice, motivation through proximity to the company, no frontal teaching.
Entrepreneurial approach
Measurable goals, the gAG as an entrepreneurial framework, transparency (social reporting standard), social franchise for scalability
1:1 support from mentors
A key element of the JOBLINGE concept is the win-win idea for everyone involved.
This is because the mentors also learn from their mentees.
Mentors build up a personal relationship, act as role models and receive professional preparation and support.
Some partner companies have included voluntary mentoring in their personnel development programs.
Bundled commitment
JOBLINGE bundles the strongest social forces and thus creates the basis for coordinated cooperation – with the expertise of the public sector, business, civil society (foundations, culture, sport, etc.) and voluntary supporters: The public sector, business, civil society (foundations, culture, sport, etc.) and voluntary supporters.
