Equal opportunities for young people in Germany depend heavily on the social environment and support networks.
In Cologne, we have been campaigning for equal opportunities on the path to a secure professional future for almost 11 years.
However, we rely on the help of strong partners to achieve this – which is why we are delighted with the generous donation from Inverto Unternehmensberatung in Cologne.
The employees collected 33,000 euros for a good cause.
Jan-Christoph Kischkewitz, Managing Director of INVERTO, and Fabian Günzel, Project Manager at INVERTO and co-organizer of the fundraising campaign, presented the cheque to Miroslaw Kania, Regional Manager of JOBLINGE in the Rhineland.
The company had organized a special fundraising campaign: All employees were able to auction off activities to their colleagues*.
After the auctions for the good cause were completed, however, it was not the bidders who received the money, but the donors who decided which organization should be supported.
The result was 33,000 euros for JOBLINGE.
JOBLINGE is a non-profit public limited company in the Rhineland that has been working closely with commercial enterprises for almost 11 years and uses the money to support young adults between the ages of 18 and 28 on their way into training or work.
